# GHA Credit Application to be completed by every customer seeking credit
# 30 days credit is given to all approved customers
# Credit for damage of stock must be reported in writin within 7 days from the date of delivery
# Title of ownership of the goods does not pass on to the above company or person until full payment has been received.
# Payment accepted by Cheque, Credit cards or direct bank transfer
# Payment may be made to our factoring company Bibby Finance if applicable.
# Should your account exceed our trading terms, a late payment fee of $55.00 may be charged. In addition your account may be passed over for collection and all costs, including agency fees are the liability of the customer
